ATKY is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year and Bambakofi Academy in Kenya 15 years.
I was honoured to participate to the celebrations in Gede (close to Watamu) and talking with mama Esther (chairman) and Nicholas (school director) we talked about the future projects and school needs to grow and provide more opportunities to children and girls in need.
A proprer library is the first immediate need and this includes the construction of the room and furniture to complete it.
The estimate is of 10'000 CHF.
We hope to raise enough money with the shop and other activities.
